AUTOMATIC LOADING ROBOT

The automatic loading robot, designed for multi-deck ovens, allows you to achieve high production capacities under the most hygienic conditions and at maximum speed. The robot can be easily controlled via a touchscreen, and its status can be monitored from the same interface.

With the automatic loading and unloading system, your products are delivered to the baking area just in time and collected after baking. The loading robot is mechanically and structurally designed for long-term use.

Products are transferred precisely from the conveyor belt to the loading tray without damaging the dough. The dual-guide system ensures accurate horizontal movement of the loading belt, while vertical movement is controlled with millimeter precision.

Reinforced steel rails installed on the floor ensure smooth horizontal motion. Two motors above the rails enable easy left-right movement of the loading ramp.

An optional vacuum system can clean the baking stones, maintaining hygiene without stopping the entire operation. This ensures consistent baking conditions for every batch.

Our automatic loading system’s computer can store up to 250 different product recipes, allowing full control of the loading robot and multi-deck oven from a single interface. Android and iOS devices allow you to monitor your operation remotely.

With internet access, our technical service provides continuous support for maintenance, troubleshooting, and pre-warning alerts. The system is compatible with ovens of different brands and sizes, making it easy to integrate into your existing setup.

All external surfaces are made of stainless steel for durability and hygiene. Other technical specifications can be found in the table below.

Optionally a vacuum cleaner can be attached to the unit to keep clean surface of the stones. By the way, both hygiene and cleaning process are provided without pausing the system. Furthermore same baking condition is provided for rest of production.
