TRAY LOADING ROBOT

The tray loading robot ensures that dough pieces coming from the long shaping machine are placed in single, double, or triple rows at equal intervals onto trays or wooden pallets.

The system automatically deposits the dough onto empty trays taken from the tray cart and then reloads the trays back onto the cart. Once the trays are fully loaded, the tray cart is directed to the outlet, and another empty cart is automatically moved to the loading station for filling.

Optional features include:

• Simultaneous dough placement on trays and wooden pallets.

• Additional equipment for sprinkling bran or other ingredients onto the trays.

The entire system is operated via a touchscreen interface, allowing real-time monitoring of the process. It can be designed with right- or left-side outlets according to the building layout or the workflow of the dough processing line. The system does not damage trays or wooden pallets and has a maximum dough capacity of up to 3,500 pieces per hour.

All external surfaces are made of stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and long-lasting durability.
